おお！まさに俺がこの1年間、感じてきたこと。どこぞの勤め先だけではなかったようだ。

えてして、論理的に導き出すことより、目の前の直感や経験といった、文字やデータにならないものを採用しやすい。

これは、毎回の差は少ないかもしれないが、続ければ続けるほど、差が開いていくものなので、おすすめできない。

合理性を受け入れさせるためには、実例を示し、「ちょっとまった。この答えにはこういう理論があったのだ。」と、しつこく言うしかない。
