ざっとスレを斜め読みしたけど、なんでみんな優良製造業の
設備開発部門を狙わないの？ウチの会社もかなり大きい企業で
給料もソコソコいいけど設備部門は慢性人材枯渇状態で
中途採用も盛ん。基本的にシステムを買う企業の方が売る企業より
全然楽だよ。落書きみたいな仕様書ほんなげて後は納期管理だけ
してればいいんだから。で、納入時はせっせとテストするソフト屋の
後ろで腕組んで見ているだけでいい。

海外に頻繁に工場を出してる会社を狙ってみては？

そもそも、学生ってどんな仕事があるか知らないんですよ。

普通に生活していて、目に見える部分の職業や、
一般的にイメージが湧く職業しか知らない。

例えば食肉。
スーパーに並ぶ時はブロックとかスライスとかミンチ状態だけど、
加工される以前の屠殺・解体は世間から隠されているから、
そういう工程が有ることを知っていても、リアルに想像は出来ない。
（勿論オイラもですが）

仕事も同じで、目にする機会が無いと、話に聞いてもリアルに想像できない。
で、想像が出来ない仕事は何となく怖いので避けてしまう。
その辺が、目立たないけど実はオイシイ職種なんでしょうね～
