リーダーシップというのは「リーダー」にとっては必須のものであるが、リーダー以外の人間にとっては必須のものではない。
そして、ふつうの人間集団ではリーダーとリーダー以外の人間では、圧倒的に「リーダー以外の人間」の方が多い。
だから、リーダーシップと同じように、「サブ・リーダーシップ」や、「リードされるシップ」や、「何かというとリーダーにあやつけるシップ」や、「あとはオレに任せてくれシップ」や、「どっと盛り上がりましょうシップ」や、「まあまあ、そんなにかりかりせんと。どや、ここはひとつナカとってやね調停シップ」など多様な「シップ」が共同体の機能的で健全な運転のためには必要である。
